Drains can be removed easily, but it is useful to take some simple precautions for future time.
Reasons of clogs
Sometimes sink of the kitchen faces clog because of buildup grease, which traps food particles.
Food piles, hair, and soap are also the reason of the clogged drains.

Drains diagnosing is simple. You just have to open the panel and remove the trap of the sink, then clean the drain. There are two types of methods used by the plumbers to remove the clean-out plug. The first is the steel chisel and other is a ball peen hammer.

Do not pour grease or coffee grounds in the sink as it will stick to the pipes and may become the cause of the clogs.
Clean floor drain strainers. Some chemicals like caustic chemicals can corrode or damage pipes. Cleaners containing sodium nitrate or sodium hydroxide can be effective for drain.

Use hot water once in a week to remove the clog. Pour boiled water slowly into the drain in several parts.
Some showers or tubs have strainer that is screwed into the drain. The strainer can be removed with a bent wire. This should help clear out accumulated debris.

Clean pop-up stoppers of the washroom at least once a week and rinse them off.
Periodically remove tub plate, pull up the assembly to reach the rocker arm then remove hair rinse, and accumulate them thoroughly.

Flush the vent systems and drain-waste. Whenever you go to the roof, clean out gutters or downspout.
